500 g Pappaya1 tsp Turmeric powder2 cups Coconut (grated)Mustard seeds (As reqd)Curry leaves (Few)2 nos Whole red chilliesCoconut oil (As reqd)Salt (As reqd) Peal the pappaya and chop into small pieces.Cook the pappaya pieces with turmeric, salt and enough water.Remove from fire when done and mash the pappaya.Grind the grated coconut with some water to make a thick gravy.Pour the ground coconut into the mashed pappaya and cook in low heat.Remove from fire when boiling starts.Take a pan and pour oil. Heat the oil and splutter mustard seeds and add red chillies and curry leaves.Saute and pour this into the pappaya curry.Pappaya curry, a very nutritious dish is ready. Kerala
