250 g Pappaya2 nos Green chillies (slit)1/2 of Coconut (grated)2 sprigs Curry leavesSalt (As reqd) Chop the pappaya into small pieces and keep aside.Take the first thick milk and second milk of the grated coconut by adding some water.Cook the chopped pappaya pieces in the second milk until done. Remove from fire.Now crush roughly the cooked pappaya pieces.Add the thick first milk and required salt and curry leaves. Pappaya olan is ready and serve hot. Kerala
