500 g Pappaya (chopped, Omakkaaya)1/2 of Coconut (grated)3 nos Green chillies (slit lengthwise)Curry leaves (Few)Salt (As reqd) Take the thick extraction of coconut milk and keep aside.Add some more water to the coconut and take the second extraction. Cook the chopped pappaya pieces and green chillies in the second extraction of coconut milk.Remove from fire and mash roughly the cooked pappaya.Add the thick coconut milk, curry leaves and required salt.Pappaya stew is ready and serve hot.
