- Raw pappaya(chopped) - 2 cups
- Onion(chopped) - 1 no
- Chilly flakes - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves(Few) -
- Dry red chilli - 2 nos
- Coconut oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing pappaya stir fry, first cook pappaya with turmeric powder, salt and required water until dry and done.
- In a kadai, heat oil. Splutter mustard seeds, dry chillies and curry leaves.
- Fry onions and chilly flakes.
- Add pappaya and mix well.
- Pappaya stir fry is ready.
