this is simple and very easy recipe. best combo to hot rice with ghee. Also can taken to idly and dosa. Only few ingredients are used in this recipe.

  • In pan add tsp oil and roast red chilly
  • Now add toor dal, garlic then fry it till it turns into golden brown
  • Allow to cool and add tamarind
  • Now grind the mixture coarsely . Thogayal is now ready
  • Temper with mustard and pour into the thogayal. Ready to serve Paruppu Thogayal.
