Onion

red chillies

Tomato
chopped
Ginger
garlic
paste - 1 tbsp
1
cup
Coriander leaves
chopped
2
tsp
Garam masala
crushed
2
tbsp
Curd
Pepper
As reqd
1
tsp
Turmeric powder
2
tsp
Coriander powder
2
tsp
Cumin powder
Jeeraka podi
Salt
As reqd
Instructions
For preparing pasanda masala, first marinate the pasanda with
salt
, curd, 1 tsp
ginger
-
garlic
paste,
turmeric
,
cumin powder
and
coriander powder
. Keep aside for 1 hour.
Grind dry
red chillies
,
onion
and
tomato
into fine paste.
Heat
oil
in a pan, add
garam masala
,
ginger
-
garlic
paste and ground
onion
paste.
Fry well. Add the marinated pasanda and fry for 5 minutes.
Add the marination masala also into it.
Add very little
water
and coriander leaves. Cover and cook the pasanda.
Remove lid and fry for another 5 minutes, so that the masala is well coated. Sprinkle little pepper on top .
Pasanda masala is ready.
