- Pasanda(flattened strips of mutton) - 4 slices
- Onion(chopped) - 1 no
- Dry red chillies - 4 nos
- Tomato(chopped) - 1 no
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1 tbsp) -
- Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 cup
- Garam masala(crushed) - 2 tsp
- Curd - 2 tbsp
- Pepper(As reqd) -
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Cumin powder(Jeeraka podi) - 2 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing pasanda masala, first marinate the pasanda with salt, curd, 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, cumin powder and coriander powder. Keep aside for 1 hour.
- Grind dry red chillies, onion and tomato into fine paste.
- Heat oil in a pan, add garam masala, ginger-garlic paste and ground onion paste.
- Fry well. Add the marinated pasanda and fry for 5 minutes.
- Add the marination masala also into it.
- Add very little water and coriander leaves. Cover and cook the pasanda.
- Remove lid and fry for another 5 minutes, so that the masala is well coated. Sprinkle little pepper on top .
- Pasanda masala is ready.
