  • For preparing pasanda masala, first marinate the pasanda with salt, curd, 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, cumin powder and coriander powder. Keep aside for 1 hour.
  • Grind dry red chillies, onion and tomato into fine paste.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add garam masala, ginger-garlic paste and ground onion paste.
  • Fry well. Add the marinated pasanda and fry for 5 minutes.
  • Add the marination masala also into it.
  • Add very little water and coriander leaves. Cover and cook the pasanda.
  • Remove lid and fry for another 5 minutes, so that the masala is well coated. Sprinkle little pepper on top .
  • Pasanda masala is ready.
