Today im gonna share a delicious passion fruit recipe.Its an amazing jam with passion fruit's smooth pulp.This is a great way to use up excess passion fruit in a way that can be enjoyed.

Instructions
  1. Scoop the pulp out of the passion fruit,put the pulp in a bowl and set aside.

  2. Add the pulp into a jar and Blend it for 2 seconds.

  3. Strain it to get the smooth pulp.

  4. Heat it with sugar.

  5. Bring the passion fruit to a boil over medium high heat.Add lemon juice and stir the jam frequently as it boils and test to see if it has set.dip a chilled spoon in the passion fruit jam and run you finger through it on the backside,if the jam doesn't run its ready to finish.turn off the flame and let it cool.
