Ingredients
- Penne pasta - 3 cups
- Soya chunks(cooked&minced) - 1 1/2 cup
- Onion(chopped) - 1 no
- garlic(chopped) - 5 cloves
- Green chillies(chopped) - 2 nos
- Celery(chopped) - 1/2 cup
- Tomato puree - 1 tbsp
- Tomato canned - 1 tin
- Bolognaise sauce - 1 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Pepper(As reqd) -
- Parsley(Few) -
- Butter(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Add celery, green chillies and soya chunks.
- Add salt and pepper as required.
- Cook in low heat. When done, remove from flame.
- Keep the pasta in serving plate. Pour the soya gravy over the pasta and cover it.
- Pasta with soya bolognaise is ready.
