- Take a mixer grinder and add cooked rice.
- Add very little water only if required and make it a smooth paste.
- In a mixing bowl add ground rice paste then add salt, rice flour little by little and make a soft dough,knead it well with your hands.
- Make small balls from the kneaded dough
- roll the balls(using rice flour) to get thin round shape.You can use chappati press to roll the pathiri. (refer my nice pathiri post). Heat a pan(pathiri tawa) on medium flame and cook pathiri both sides until it is puffs and done.
- Delicious pathiri is ready!serve with veg or non veg curry. Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
