- Pav / Bun : 6 nos -
- Finely chopped small onions : 2 nos -
- Sliced green chillies : 3 - 4 nos
- Curry leaves – 6 - 8 nos
- Rye : ½ tsp -
- Urad dal : 1 tsp -
- Chopped coriander leaves : few -
- Oil : 2 tsp -
- Butter : 4 tsp -
- Salt : a pinch -

Instructions
- Break the bun with your hand into small pieces.
- Enter Step
- Now add the chopped onion, green chillies and curry leaves.
- Add the bun pieces, butter and coriander leaves and toss for 1 - 2 minutes till the bun has heated through.
- The pau usal is ready to serve.
