- Bitter gourd/Pavakka - 1
- Coconut - 1 cup,grated
- Tomato - 2
- Green chilly - 3
- Shallots - 5
- Raw mango - 1 small
- Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 3/4 tsp
- Mustard - 1/2 tsp
- Oil - 2 tbsp

- Cut all the veggies and keep it ready.
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker and splutter mustard seed in it.
- Add shallots and saute until it turns to golden brown in colour.
- Add tomato,green chilly,bitter gourd,rae mango,chilly powder,turmeric powder and salt
- Pour one cup water and cook it for 3-4 whistles.
- Remove from the flame when it starts to boil
- Pavakka thenga arachu vecha curry is ready to serve.
