  • Heat ghee in a vessel.
  • SautT raisins and cashew nut (if required) in ghee. Keep it aside.
  • In the same ghee fry coconut and sugar till the coconut turns light brown in colour. Mix the raisins in it. Keep it aside.
  • Peel the bananas and give 3 vertical cuts on the bananas.
  • Fill the coconut mixture in these cuts.
  • Mix some water with flour to make a paste.
  • Apply it on the banana to close the filling.
  • Heat oil in a kadai.
  • Fry the filled bananas in oil.
  • Serve it sliced.
