  1. Heat ghee in a vessel.

  3. In the same ghee fry coconut and sugar till the coconut turns light brown in colour. Mix the raisins in it. Keep it aside.

  4. Peel the bananas and give 3 vertical cuts on the bananas.

  5. Fill the coconut mixture in these cuts.

  6. Mix some water with flour to make a paste.
