Banana

Ingredients

Roasted Rice Flour
200 gm
2
nos
Ripe
Banana
Nenthra Pazham
1/2
cup
Grated
coconut
Water
As reqd
Salt
As reqd
Instructions
Add required
salt
to rice flour and mix well.
Sprinkle
water
on the rice flour.
:- Continue adding
water
until u get a rigid lump when u hold a handfull of the puttu powder.
Cut the
banana
into small pieces and mix it with the puttu powder.
First put a little
coconut
on the botton of the puttu kutti and then put the puttu powder(with
banana
) in it till half of the puttu kutti is filled.
Again, put the grated
coconut
on top of it and then puttu powder till the puttukuti is full.
Put the grated
coconut
on the top and close the lid.
Half fill the puttu kudam with
water
and heat it.
Put the puttukutti on the top of it when steam starts coming out from the pot.
Cook for 5 - 7 mins.
:- Serve hot.
:- No need of any curries with this.
