Peas kachori is a flaky, crisp deep fried pastry filled with spiced peas filling. It's so easy to prepare matar kachori that you can make this at a moments notice. You can make and eat this kachori at home, whenever you feel like it. It has a flaky texture with very flavorful green peas stuffing inside. nuts could be added with the stuffing for extra richness ,but its purely optional .

- Wheat flour : 1 cup -
- Peas : 1 cup -
- cumin seeds 1/2 sp -
- Curry leaves Few -
- ginger garlic paste 1/2 sp -
- Salt to taste -
- coconut grated 2 sp -
- garam masala 1/2 sp -
- lemon 1/2 -
- Oil for deep frying -

- make a wheat flour dough
- run the peas in a mixer to a coarse paste
- in a pan, fry cumin seeds curry leavess and add peas and saute for few minutes.
- now add coconut and garam masala
- squeeze a lemon ,allow it to cool
- flatten the dough and place the peas stuffing and make balls.
- deep fry in oil and serve.
