- Boiled peas - 1/2 cup
- Toor dal(boiled) - 1/4 cup
- Tamarind water - 1/2 cup
- Tomato - 1 chopped
- Shallots - 10 chopped
- garlic - 3
- Coriander seed - 1 tsp
- Red chili - 1
- Jeera - 1 tsp
- Coconut - 1 tsp
- Salt(as per taste) -
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- coriander and curry leaves(few) -
- Asafeotida - 1/4 tsp
- Mustard - 1/2 tsp
- Jaggerry(small piece) -

Instructions
- In pan add oil and roast coriander seed
- Now add red chili roast well
- Now add jeera, coconut one bye one and roast turn off
- Now grind with garlic and keep aside
- In pan add oil and temper mustard and saute shallots
- Now saute tomato and cook well
- Now mix grind powder and mix well
- Now add boiled peas and toor dal cook well
- Now add asafeotida, salt and jaggerry mix well turn off
- Now its ready to serve peas rasam
