Heat the oil and saute crushed garlic.Add chopped onion, tomato and green chilly. Saute well.Add pepper powder, soya sauce and required salt. Mix well.Blend cornflour in 1/4 glass water and pour the mixture into the soya sauce mix. Mix gently.Break the egg and pour into the mixture.Lower the heat and do not stir. When the egg is cooked, remove from fire. Pepper egg stir fry is ready and garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Kerala
