Pineapple Bread Pudding

Delicious pudding made with pineapple and stale bread

  • 1 tin Pineapple slices along with a little of its juice from the tin, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • Vanilla essence A little
  • 1 no Egg
  • 1 tsp Brown or muscovado sugar
  • 3 nos Bread slices


  • Make a mixture (beat in the big jar of the mixie) of 1 tin of pineapple slices along with a little of its juice from the tin, butter, sugar, vanilla essence and egg.
  • Tear up 3 slices of bread - preferably the top and bottom slices, which are dry and hard.
  • Grease a baking tray with butter and put the bread pieces in it.
  • Pour the mixture onto it.
  • :- Each tiny breadcrumb should be soaked.
  • Bake for a few mins (20 mins on medium heat) or microwave for 10 mins.
  • Sprinkle brown sugar on top.
