Simple to make pineapple fruit jelly

Ingredients
  • Pineapple : ½ pc –
  • Sugar : 12 tsp –
  • China grass : small bundle (100 gm) –
Instructions
  1. Cut the pineapple into small pieces and boil them in ½ cup of water, till the whole water evaporates.
  2. In a mixer grinder, grind this pineapple, together with 12 tsp of sugar.
  3. Put it in a sieve, and remove the pulp.
  4. Add the china grass with 1 ½ cup of water, and boil till it dissolves completely.

  7. Add the pineapple juice to this. Stir well and transfer it for refrigerating.

  9. After refrigerating for not less than 2 hours, the pineapple fruit jelly is ready to be served.
