Ingredients
- Pineapple (cut into small pieces) -
- Green chillies - 2 nos
- Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Shredded coconut - 1/2 cup
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1/2 tsp
- Oil - 2-3 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Fenugreek seeds(Uluva) - 1/4 tsp
- Red chillies(Kollamulaku) - 4 -
- Curry leaves(A few) -
- Curd - 1/2 cup

Instructions
- Cook pineapple in water along with chilly powder, turmeric powder, green chillies and salt.
- Grind together coconut, cumin seeds and a pinch pf turmeric powder.
- Add this to the cooked pineapple and cook again on low flame.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add mustard seeds and when they splutter, add cumin seeds followed by fenugreek seeds, curry leaves and broken red chillies.
- Once the pineapple is cooked, add whipped or beaten curd and mix well.
- :- Don`t cook after or when adding curd. Hence, switch off the flame while adding curd.
- Add the seasoning into the above mixture.
- :- Serve hot or cold with plain rice.
