Ingredients
- Pineapple - 1 kg
- Sesame oil - 1 tbsp
- Green chillies - 50 gm
- garlic - 50 g
- Ginger - 25 gm
- Chilly powder - 3 tsp
- Turmeric powder(A pinch) -
- Asafetida(Kayam) - 1 tsp
- Vinegar - 2 tbsp

Instructions
- Fry green chillies and garlic in oil and remove from flame.
- Then fry ginger, chilly powder, turmeric powder and asafetida. Stir well.
- Then add vinegar and pineapple pieces to it and mix all the ingredients well.
- Pineapple pickle is ready, convert it to a bottle and use it when required.
