Instructions
- For preparing Podi Payasam , firstly heat the milk in a pan.
- Take some hot mik and mix rice flour with it.
- In a pan, add 1 / 2 cup of water and add grated jagerry, melt it to form a thick syrup.
- Filter this jiggery syrup and pour it into the rice flour mixture. Stir it well. Add cardamom powder.
- Podi Payasam is ready to serve. Serve it hot or cold . it can also be served by sprinkling some cooked puttu powder on the payasam.
