- When it start boil,add sugar,black sesame seeds,salt,and chopped overripe plantain.cook for 5 minutes in low flame.
- Add rice flour little by little at a time and turn off the flame.
- Convert into a bowl and mix well using hand and make a smooth dough.
- Make small balls out of the dough.using a stick make a hole in the prepared dough ball ,from one side to another.
- Deep fry the balls in hot oil until golden brown in colour.take care when frying the balls,May be balls will be break from the pan.so make a distance from the pan.
- Soft and yummy Porichunda is ready now.
