- Salt - 1 tsp
- Coconut milk - 4 tsp
- Grated Coconut - 1/2 cup
- Green chilly - 4
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp

Instructions
- Heat oil in a kadai fry ground coconut,chilly powder,coriander powder and turmeric powder for 2 minutes.
- Fry until coconut becomes golden brown.
- Grind in a mixer and keep aside.
- Heat oil in another kadai add mustard seeds.When mustards splutters add red chilly saute for a minute.
- Add onions and green chilly saute for 2 minutes.
- Add tomatoes and saute until it becomes soft.
- Add garlic paste to this and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add ground mix to this add garam masala and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add boiled egg to this and cook until gravy becomes thick
