Spicy potato dish in dry masala

Ingredients
- Potato(diced, big size) - 4 nos
- Turmeric powder - 3/4 tsp
- Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Chat masala - 1 tsp
- Asafoetida - 1/2 tsp
- Oil - 4 tbsp
- Cumin - 1 tsp
- Onion(chopped) - 2 nos
- Green chillies(chopped) - 5 nos
- Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1/2 cup

Instructions
- Peel, wash, dice and cook potatoes by adding little salt.
- Drain and keep it in a bowl. :-Make sure that the potato dices are cooked well but not get mashed.
- Marinate cooked potato dices with turmeric powder, kashmiri chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and chat masala.
- Keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and splutter cumin seeds.
- Saute chopped onion and green chillies till onion becomes brown.
- Add asafoetida powder along with marinated potato dices and mix well.
- Make sure that the potato do not get mashed.
- Fry it in a medium flame for about 15 minutes.
- Check salt and add more if needed.
- Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves just before removing it from fire.
- :-Serve hot with rice & dal or with rotis.
