- Maida : 200 gm -
- Baking powder : ½ tsp -
- Milk : as needed -
- Salt as needed -
Stuff :
- Potatoes : 2 nos ( boiled ) -
- Parsley : few -
- Mint leaves : few -
- Capsicum : 1 no -

Instructions
- Take maida and baking soda and mix well and sieve and keep in a vessel.
- Roll it in a wet cloth and keep It aside for half an hour.
- Take it out after half an hour.
- Chop capsicum, parsley and mint leaves, grate the boiled potatoes.
- Mix it well with salt.
- Prepare two chappathi and place the mixture on top of one chappathi.
- Place the other chappathi on top of the stuff and press and seal the sides.
- Place it over the tawa and cook it till both sides are done. Add butter or oil for cooking.
- Garnish and serve hot.
