  • Heat oil in a frying pan.
  • Add mustard seeds and when they crackle, add chopped onions followed by ginger, garlic and curry leaves.
  • SautT till they turn brown.
  • Add the minced meat which has already been boiled.
  • Fry it till it turns brown.
  • Add green chillies along with enough salt.
  • Transfer the contents into a serving plate.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  • : - Serve with rotis and rice.
