Instructions
- For preparing Pudina Chutney, grind together mint leaves, grated coconut, ginger, green chillies, coriander leaves, shallots and curry leaves.
- Add lime juice and required salt to the ground mixture. Mix well.
- Pudina chutney, an apt side dish for biriyani, is ready.
