- Quinoa(soak before ½ an hour) - 1 cup
- Mixed vegetables - 1 cup
- Water - 2 cups
- Salt(as per taste) -
- Onion - 1 chopped
- Green chili - 2
- Gingelly oil - 1 tsp
- mustard and channa dal - 1 tsp

Instructions
- Soak quinoa and keep aside and drain after 30 mins
- Now add mixed vegetable and sauté well
- Now add quinoa and mix well and cook till it cooks
- Now its ready to serve Quinoa Veg upma
