  • For preparing rava dosai, grind rava to powder form.
  • Mix with rice flour and water to make a batter.
  • Fry mustard seeds in coconut oil. Add green chillies and onion. Fry again.
  • Add the fried item to the batter.
  • Add cumin seeds, asafoetida, salt and curry leaves.
  • Take a ladle full of batter and spread it into thin round shapes.
  • Add oil around it and allow it get cooked till it becomes crispy.
  • Turn sides and cook well.
  • Rava dosai is ready.
