- Roasted rava - 2 cups
- Semolina(Semiya) - 1 cup
- Coconut oil - 3 tsp
- Gingelly oil - 1 tbsp
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Chana dal - 2 tsp
- Urad dal(Uzhunnu parippu) - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Green chillies(chopped) - 4 nos
- Onion(chopped) - 1 no
- Potato(chopped) - 1 no
- Carrot(chopped) - 1 no
- Beans(chopped) - 5 nos
- Salt - 3 tsp

Instructions
- For preparing ravakichadi v Brahmin special, first splutter mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal in coconut oil.
- Add chopped green chillies, onion, potato, beans, carrot and fry for a few minutes.
- Add gingelly oil and turmeric powder.
- Add salt, rava and cook for some time till the mixture becomes thick.
- Add curry leaves.
- Ravakichadi - brahmin special, a tasty recipe is ready.
