Ingredients
- Raw tomatoes(finely chopped) - 2 cups
- Green chillies(slit) - 2 nos
- Ginger(finely chopped) - 2 tsp
- Small onions/shallots(chopped, Kunjulli) - 8 nos
- Coconut(grated) - 1 cup
- Chilly powder - 1 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Cocum(Kudampuli) - 2 small
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Curry leaves - 2 springs
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing raw tomato dry, coarsely grind grated coconut, chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and 5 small onions. Keep it aside.
- In a vessel boil raw tomatoes, green chillies, ginger, kudampuli, curry leaves and remaining small onions with required salt water for 5 minutes.
- Add in the coarsely ground mixture and allow it to simmer till it becomes dry.
- Raw tomato dry is ready.
