Instructions
- Dry roast the rawa to pink color. Set aside and let it cool.
- Finely powder the sugar in the mixer along with the elaichi.
- Powder the grated coconut too in a mixer separately.
- Now powder the roasted rawa in the mixer & mix it with the sugar-elaichi powder.
- In a kadai or pan, heat the ghee.
- SautT it without taking the hand. The mixture will become dry in appearance.
- Switch off the gas and remove from stove.
- Make small laddus out of it without wasting time.
- :- Rawa Laddu is ready!!! :- You can make 20 Rawa Laddu out of this recipe. :- Enjoy Rawa Laddu!!!
