A simple and easy to make laddu for unexpected guests

  • Dry roast the rawa to pink color. Set aside and let it cool.
  • Finely powder the sugar in the mixer along with the elaichi.
  • Powder the grated coconut too in a mixer separately.
  • Now powder the roasted rawa in the mixer & mix it with the sugar-elaichi powder.
  • In a kadai or pan, heat the ghee.
  • Add the rawa-sugar mix to it along with the cloves and powdered coconut.
  • SautT it without taking the hand. The mixture will become dry in appearance.
  • It¦s time to add the milk, once milk is poured the mixture will become soft and the ghee will start appear on top.
  • Switch off the gas and remove from stove.
  • Make small laddus out of it without wasting time.
  • :- Rawa Laddu is ready!!! :- You can make 20 Rawa Laddu out of this recipe. :- Enjoy Rawa Laddu!!!
