Ingredients
Rawa –
1
cup
Sugar
–
1
cup
Green elaichi –
2-3
nos
Cloves
–
3-4
nos
Coconut
(grated) –
1
tbsp
Milk
(boiled) –
2
tbsp
Ghee
–
3
tbsp
Instructions
Dry roast the rawa to pink color. Set aside and let it cool.
Finely powder the
sugar
in the mixer along with the elaichi.
Powder the grated
coconut
too in a mixer separately.
Now powder the roasted rawa in the mixer & mix it with the
sugar
-elaichi powder.
In a kadai or pan, heat the
ghee
.
Add the rawa-
sugar
mix to it along with the
cloves
and powdered
coconut
.
SautT it without taking the hand. The mixture will become dry in appearance.
It¦s time to add the
milk
, once
milk
is poured the mixture will become soft and the
ghee
will start appear on top.
Switch off the gas and remove from stove.
Make small laddus out of it without wasting time.
