  • Wash and chop the spinach leaves nicely.
  • Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds in it.
  • Add chopped spinach leaves, green chillies and cook for 5 minutes in low flame.
  • Take the remaining ingredients: grated coconut and turmeric powder and keep ready.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and saute 3-4 minutes again. Saute in low flame until dry.
  • Red spinach stir fry is ready to serve.
