1 kg Black grapes (seedless)1 kg Sugar1 litre Water1 tbsp Yeast1 tbsp Wheat1 no Egg white (whisked)Cinnamon (A small stick, Karugapatta)3 nos Cardamom (Elakka) Wash hands neatly while making wine.Clean the grapes thoroughly.Mix grapes, sugar and water in a mixer for 2 seconds.Take a glass vessel with a tight lid of capacity of about 2 litres as the fermentation takes place inside.Add all the above said ingredients and close it tightly and keep without disturbing it for 21 days.After 21 days, sieve using a good cloth.Again collect it in the same glass bottle.Allow it to settle for 3 days.Now pour into your desired containers.Yummy red wine is ready!!
