Ingredients
- Chicken - 3/4 kg
- Cashew nuts(chopped) - 1 cup
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Tomato paste - 2 cups
- Cream - 1 cup
- Coriander leaves(Few) -
- Butter(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -
For marinade:
- Yoghurt - 1/2 cup
- Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
- Green chillies - 2 nos
- garlic - 3 cloves
- Ginger - 1 piece
- Orange color(A pinch) -

Instructions
- For preparing rich chicken, first blend the ingredients for marinade and mix with chicken.
- Keep for 1 hour.
- Place this chicken in a ghee coated tray and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
- In another pan, heat butter. Add cashew nuts chopped, garam masala, salt, tomato paste and mix well in low flame.
- Add the baked chicken in it and cook again.
- Sprinkle coriander leaves. Add cream before removing from flame.
- Rich chicken is ready. Serve with naan/ chappathi.
