- Ridge gourd - 1 cup
- Drumstick - 1 cup
- Tomato - 1
- Coconut - 1 cup
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Shallots - 5 nos
- Mustard - 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves(little) -
- Oil - 2 tbsp

- Cook Ridge gourd in water with drumstick,tomato,turmeric powder,chilli powder,curry leaves and salt as required.
- Pour the ground coconut mixture in to cooked veggies, bring it to boil and remove from the flame.
- Heat oil in a skillet and splutter mustard seed,add chopped shallots and saute until it os golden brown in colour.mix it with the curry.
- Ridge Gourd-Drumstick Curry/Peechinga Muringakka curry is ready to serve.
