  • Grind the coconut, jeera, green chilly and ginger and keep aside.
  • Pour oil in a wok/kadai, add splutter mustard seeds. Add uluva, red whole chillies and curry leaves.
  • Add the mango, ground coconut mixture, salt and mix well. Remove pan from fire.
  • Add the yogurt and mix gently.
  • Pachadi is ready .. enjoy.
