- Ripe mangoes(cut into cubes) - 2 nos
- Coconut(grated) - 1/4 cup

- Fenugreek seeds(Uluva) - 8 to
- Red chillies - 2 nos
- Curry leaves(Few) -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Yogurt - 2 tbsp

Instructions
- Pour oil in a wok/kadai, add splutter mustard seeds. Add uluva, red whole chillies and curry leaves.
- Add the yogurt and mix gently.
- Pachadi is ready .. enjoy.
