Rumali Roti Rumali Roti is a thin Indian bread recipe and can be easily folded like handkerchief. This is a soft, thin delicious roti prepared using maida and wheat flour. This bread is a popular dish in Punjab and can be served with any gravies. 500 gm All purpose flour (Maida)250 gm Curd100 gm Wheat flour (Atta)Water (As reqd) Sieve the maida and wheat flour.Knead them together to make a dough by adding enough water and curd. The dough should neither be too soft nor too hard.Make balls off the above dough and roll them into thin and big rotis.Heat the kadai or tawa upside down in the gas.Put the roti on the kadai and roast slightly both the sides of the roti for about half a minute.:- Serve hot with Shahi Dal or Shahi Paneer. :- Makes about 15 rotis. hi….i tried rumal roti with da givn reipe,bt wen i finishd cookin it turned out to b a chappati…..!! what shud i do to improve???
u`r roti recipe is fine .but u will add some to extra for do the elastic consitency
