  • For preparing Sauteed Mushroom, first wash the mushrooms and cut into small pieces.
  • Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  • Splutter mustard seeds.
  • Add onion and green chilly, grated coconut and saute for 3 - 4 mins.
  • Add mushroom and enough salt and mix well.
  • Cover and cook for 3 mins. When done, saute in low flame for a few minues.
  • :- Serve Sauteed Mushroom with rice.
