- Boneless Chicken - 500 gm
- For marination: -
- Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
- Soy sauce - 1 tsp
- Egg - 1 tsp
- Corn flour - 3 tsp
- Maida / all purpose flour - 1 tsp
- Oil as required for frying. -
- Salt to taste -
- For sauce -
- Onion - 2 nos
- Chopped garlic - 3 tsp
- Green chilly - 1 no
- Dried red chilly - 4 nos
- Chilli sauce - 2 tsp
- Tomato sauce - 2 tsp
- Soy sauce - 1 tsp
- Dried chilly paste - 2 tsp
- Vinegar - 1/2 tsp
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Sugar - 1 /
- Oil - 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste -

Instructions
- Cut the chicken into long narrow pieces.Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients of marination and keep it for 10 minutes.
- Now add chopped garlic sauté till it turns a golden color.Add chopped onions, whole dried red chilly, green chilly and stir well.
- Add warm water and stir to mix well . When it comes to boil, add the fried chicken pieces to this gravy.Stir well to coat all the chicken with the gravy.
- It is ready to serve.Serve hot with fried rice, Steamed rice or noodles.
- Preparation of red chilli paste-5-10 red chillies, remove stems, soak in hot water(1hour). Drain the water from the soaked chillies .Put into a blender and grind to a coarse paste.
