1 tbsp Onion chopped
1/2 tsp Garlic minced
Butter As reqd
1/2 cup Lemon grass chopped
1 tsp Ginger grated
Fish stock As reqd
1 no Red chillies chopped
Salt As reqd
1 tbsp Lime juice

Instructions

For preparing seafood soup, heat butter in a pan, add onion, chillies and garlic.
Add fish stock and boil it.
Add seafood meat and cook it.
Add lemon grass, ginger, salt and lime juice.
When done, serve in soup bowl. Add salt according to taste.
Seafood soup is ready.
