Ingredients
- Vermicelli 200g Pack -
- Carrot 1no. -
- Beans 1no. -
- aloo 1 no. -
- Onion : 1 no -
- Tomato : 1 no -
- Ginger garlic paste : 1 tsp -
- green chili 6 no. -
- mint leaves 10 no. -
- Curry leaves 5 no. -
- Salt to taste -
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp -
- Oil : 2 tsp -
- Ghee : 2 tsp -
- Mustard : 1/2 tsp -
- broken urad dal 1/4 tsp -
- bengal gram 1/4 tsp -
- Water 400ml -

Instructions
- In a pan heat the oil and ghee and temper the mustard, broken urad dal and bengal gram
- Add curry leaves, green chili and onion and saute it until the onion turn into golden brown
- add tomato and mix it
- add salt and turmeric powder and mix it
- add all vegetables and mix
- add mint leaves, mix and allow to cook for 10 minutes
- now add water and allow to boil
- once the water get boiled add vemicelli and mix well and turn flame in low and cook
- dry the water and mix well
- now semiya bath is ready to serve. serve hot
