  • Slice the onion and chop the tomato, carrot, beans, aloo and green chili
  • In a pan heat the oil and ghee and temper the mustard, broken urad dal and bengal gram
  • Add curry leaves, green chili and onion and saute it until the onion turn into golden brown
  • add tomato and mix it
  • add salt and turmeric powder and mix it
  • Add ginger garlic paste and mix well
  • add all vegetables and mix
  • add mint leaves, mix and allow to cook for 10 minutes
  • now add water and allow to boil
  • once the water get boiled add vemicelli and mix well and turn flame in low and cook
  • dry the water and mix well
  • now semiya bath is ready to serve. serve hot
