- Semiya/Vermicelli - 1 pack/
- Onion - 1 Chopped
- Tomato - 1 Chopped
- Carrot - 2 Chopped
- Green peas - 1/4 cup
- Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Gharam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Salt(As required) -
- Water - 2 cups
- Cloves, cinnamon - 1
- Oil - 3 tbp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Coriyander & mint leaves(For taste) -

Instructions
- Now add onion and saute well
- Now add carrot and Green peas cook well
- Add red chilly powder & garam masala, Salt
- Add coriander and mint leaves
- Add water then bring to boil, and then add semiya mix well and cook 10 minutes
- Now the Semiya Pulav is ready to serve.
