simple aloo masala taste pleasing with puri, dal kachori and paranthas. It is a simple and delicious, based Indian potato recipe.

Instructions
- peel and cut the aloo in medium size
- heat the oil in the pan and temper the cumin seed and fennel seed
- add aloo, salt and turmeric powder and mix well and allow to cook for 5 mins
- add red chili powder and coriander powder and mix well
- allow to cook until the aloo get boiled and and masala becomes thick consistency
- now simple aloo masala is ready to serve
