Easy n simple - Simple egg curry Restaurant Style

Ingredients
- Egg - 4 no
- garlic - 2-3 nos
- Ginger - 1 inch
- Onion - 2 medium
- Tomato 1 medium -
- Green chillies - 2 no
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Egg masala - 1 spoon
- Curry leaves(few) -
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Water - 1/2 cup

Instructions
- Boil the eggs. Take a tawa,put the oil, saute chopped ginger, garlic n green chillies
- Now saute onion until it becomes light in colour
- Put the masala as per instruction and add water.
- once it starts to boil add the eggs onto in. Remember to give a slit in the middle of the eggs
- Put the curry leaves and close with a lid for two minute and turn off the gas
- Serve it with phulkas or chappathi. Enjoy your dish
