Easy fish curry with kodumpuli & coconut milk

Ingredients
- Fish(cleaned and cut into pieces) - 1 kg
- Fenugreek(powdered, uluva) - 1/2 tbsp
- Tomato(cut into medium pieces) - 1 no
- Ginger(cut into small pieces) - 1 piece
- Coccum(kodumpuli) - 2 pieces
- Small onions(chopped, Chuvannulli) - 7 nos
- Curry leaves - 2 stems
- Coconut milk - 1/2 cup
- Fish masala - 4 1/2 tbsp
- Coconut oil - 4 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Take a bowl,put the fish pieces into that.
- Add some coconut oil & fish masala with the fish pieces & mix well and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, add ginger, small onions, curry leaves and saute it well.
- Add fish pieces & saute again.
- When the masala is fully mixed with the fish pieces,add a cup of water.
- :- Serve hot!!!
